Ozyegin University (OzU) has launched a 4-week Summer Program in Istanbul, designed to provide international students an opportunity to learn about Istanbul’s pivotal role in history, as well as the Ottoman Empire and Turkish literature with an analysis of formation of modern Turkish identity. In addition to a rich, interactive curriculum, OzU’s Summer Program titled ‘Mediterranean Crossroads’ also offers language courses in Turkish – designated as a “Critical Need Language” by the US State Department.
