Ambassador Ricciardone Visits TCA Istanbul Office
Francis J. Ricciardone, the newly appointed US Ambassador to Turkey and Scott Kilner, US Consul General to Istanbul, visited the offices of the Turkish Coalition of America (TCA) in Istanbul. The top US diplomats in Turkey were welcomed by Yalcin Ayasli, Chairman of TCA, and Basak Kizildemir, TCA Vice President and Turkey Representative and were briefed on the programs of the organization.
